White Anchovy Fillets

Boqueroni is the Spanish name for the white anchovy fillets cured in vinegar and oil. They have a low salt content and we serve them marinaded with fresh garlic and herbs, They are fished in the Atlantic around Morocco, and like all other oily fish are very high in essential omega 3 oils.
