  • Pecorino Sardo is a traditional hard sheep's cheese from the rugged Dorgali region of Sardinia
  • We buy in large 15kg to 20kg wheels of Pecorino Sardo, which we then cut into potions of aproximately 180g - 200g at our warehouse in West Cork
  • This Pecorino is prepared using traditional techniques and rennet, creating a wonderfully strong flavour
  • Hold it's own as a table cheese or in recipes, and can be used as a substitue for Parmesan
