Sliced Jamon Iberico Bellota 100g

This is the premium Spanish ham, where the black “Iberico” pigs are fattened during the winter on acorns and natural herbage. The acorns are full of oleic acid, the same as olives, and make the meat full of omega 9 like olive oil. Jamon bellota contains many of the same properties as olive oil and is beneficial to cholestrol levels. The hams are cured naturally for two to three years, and the meat is sweet, oily and luxurious. It is best served simply, with perhaps cheese and good wine.
