We pride ourselves on always having the best quality garlic according to the season. In the summer we have the large french purple garlic, and leading up to christmas we have garlic grown in the dry area of the massif central, in France.
After christmas we have fresh garlic from the border of Chile and Argentina, garlic that is naturally in season. We then bridge the gap before the arrival of the first European garlic with Mexican garlic, grown near the equator.
Our garlic is always natural, unlike the ubiquitous Chinese garlic that is usually sprayed or irradiated.
