Spanish Fuet: Dry Cured Pork Sausage

Traditional hand-made Spanish dry cured pork sausage in a natural casing. Fuet are long and thin in shape, and they are simply seasoned with black pepper and salt. This sausage is rich and sweet to the taste, with a luxuriously oily texture.  

Serve at room temperature, and hand slice with a sharp knife. Serve as it is, on a charcuterie board, with tapas or in a sandwich.
