Zamora Spanish Sheep Cheese
The North of Spain produces the most sheep's cheese in all of Europe, although outside of Spain, it is overshadowed by its Southern neighbour, the Manchego cheese. We import four varieties of Zamora cheese that are all from raw milk, and various ages. They are less piccante and creamier and sweeter than the Southern Spanish cheeses. We have listed the rosemary infused cheese separately.
