Picholine olives are small bright green variety from Provence in France, and we dress them with fresh basil. These olives are harvested young, and then cracked and cured with large amounts of fennel and thyme. Picholine are a crunchy olive with a light, fresh flavour. The French word "Picholine" means the “little nut”, and refers to the shape of the olive. We prefer to keep Picholine olives in their brine, because otherwise they can oxidise very quickly and go brown. We specialise in marinating olives daily for our markets using high quality fresh ingredients.

Fridge Life: 4 days. Store your olives in the fridge, removing them about half an hour before you serve. We dress our olives with Extra Virgin olive oil which solidifies in the fridge, and needs time to thaw. Your olives will look and taste best at room temperature.

Fridge Life: 7 - 10 days
