Sun Dried Tomato Tapenade Black Moroc Olives

We freshly make this for our Market stalls

To create this rich tapenade, we use Black Moroc olives, sun dried tomatoes, capers, garlic, rosemary, salt and Extra Virgin olive oil. It has a chunkier texture than the rest of our tapenades, which is greate for dipping bread into. This tapenade is rich and flavoursome with bo bitterness. 

Use as a spread or dip, as a pasta sauce, in vinaigrettes, or dollop over salads.

Store your Tapenade in the fridge remove it about half an hour before you serve. It is made with Extra Virgin olive oil which solidifies in the fridge and which will need time to thaw. Your Tapenade will look and taste best at room temperature.

Fridge Life: 7 - 10 days

Note: The olives used to make this tapenade are carefully pitted, but be cautious as there can be the occasional stone.
