Cippoline Borettane: Balsamic Pickled Onions 

Origin: Italy


Traditionally known as Cippoline Borettane, these are baby pearl onions which are pickled in Balsamic vinegar from Modena Italy. They are crunchy, tangy, sweet and delicious. These pickled onions are made in Modena, Italy, a region which famous for it's Balsamic vinegars, and it is also where we source our 3 and 12 year aged Balsamic Vinegars. 

Serve as an accompaniment on any cheese board or cold plate, add to a ploughman's sandwich for extra bite or add into gravies for a piquant flavour.
