Black Maroc olives are an intense dry Beldi olive which are allowed to ripen fully, developing a very dark colour. These olive are then dry cured in salt, which differentiates them from most olives which are preserved in brine. Black Marocs have a rich and salty taste, with a fleshy texture. These olives are pitted meaning that they are perfect for making pastes and dips, or for adding into stews, salads or pizzas without having to worry about the stones.

Store your olives in the fridge, removing them about half an hour before you serve. We dress our olives with Extra Virgin olive oil which solidifies in the fridge, and needs time to thaw. Your olives will look and taste best at room temperature.
