  • Boquerones are a freshly cured anchovy dish, traditionally served as an apitizer in Spain
  • Prepared by submerging fresh Anchovy fillets in salt and water for 3 hours, followed by vinegar for 6 hours, and finally packing them in olive oil. 
  • We prepare the Anchovy fillets at our stall with Extra Virgin olive oil, chopped sweet peppers, capers, fresh garlic and parsley.
  • Serve with tapas and a glass of beer.
