Boquerones: Marinated Anchovy Fillets in Vinegar

Origin: Spain


Boquerones are a freshly cured anchovy dish, traditionally served as an apitizer in Spain. Fresh Anchovy fillets are submerged in salt and water for 3 hours, and then in vinegar for 6 hours. We then prepare the Anchovy fillets at our stall with Extra Virgin olive oil, chopped sweet peppers, capers, fresh garlic and parsley.

Fridge life: 4-5 days

Serve with tapas and a glass of beer.
