Weight: Between 200g and 230g (€22/kg)

  • Straw Smoked Scamorza is a simple stretched curd cheese that is hung for a short period of time to air dry, and then gently smoked over straw
  • Sweet and delicate, with a gentle caramel and smoky flavours
  • Can be described as similar to Mozzarella, but firmer, dryer, and smoked
  • Eat fresh or melt in cooking
  • In Naples, Scamorza is often grilled like Halloumi
  • Like all our cheeses, our Scamorza is a hand made product, which is why it varies between 200g and 230g.
