   Since 1993 we have been selling the best and most diverse range of Mediterranean foods directly to customers through our extensive network of markets. We have pioneered foods that are now normal and staple to Irish households. Read more about our story here!

   We source the finest products directly from from small producers and farms in Spain, Italy, Greece and beyond. We have been dealing with many of our suppliers for more than 20 years now, and have forged fantastic relationships based on an appreciation for quality food. With no middle man, we are able to offer the best in both quality and price. 

   We dress our olives and other products with fresh herbs and garlic the day before the market and day of shipping. We make hummus, salads and pesto in our kitchen at Toonsbridge near Macroom, using only the freshest natural ingredients with no preservatives. We only use cold pressed Extra Virgin olive oils in our preparations.

   Through the Toonsbridge Dairy we offer our own freshly made artisan cow's milk Mozzarella, Ricotta, Cacio Cavallo, Halloumi, Smoked Scamorza and more. Our fantastic team of cheese-makers are always experiments and improving their processes, and our dairy is always producing new and delicious creations.
